Alek from Supreme heating came to my rescue when my original cowboy heat pump installer messed up the installation. We had a new 10 KW heat pump installed by Aleks. As part of a major renovation and extension of the ground floor in our 1930's semi-detached house, Aleks designed the system, including a Vaillant 10 KW heat pump, a new 300 L hot water cylinder, underfloor heating throughout all the ground floor, new plumbing of the upper floors and installation of new double-panel radiators. This allowed us to completely remove our gas boiler and gas meter at home.
